Jimmy joined Greenstone Partners in 2006 and has worked on a variety of transactions including:

  • A broad range of corporate finance advice to ING Real Estate Entertainment Fund, including:
    • - A $39 million equity raising;
    • - Its investment in Icon Hospitality Group; and
    • - The refinancing of its $180 million bank facility;
  • The acquisition of Transit Computer Systems by TransLogix;
  • The acquisition of Atlas Specialty Metals by the Balron Consortium;
  • The sale of MCK Holdings, incorporating Plexicor Australia;
  • The acquisition of TransLogix by Greenstone Partners Private Capital;
  • The sale of Australian Geographic Retail to the Myer Family Company and Myer;
  • The sale of Australian Geographic Publishing Group to Publishing and Broadcasting's ACP Magazines;
  • The acquisition of Amber Group Australia by Greenstone Partners Private Capital; and
  • The sale of the Cedar Court HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital and related assets to Epworth Healthcare and ING Management.

Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Jimmy was a solicitor in the Corporate Advisory Group at Blake Dawson Waldron in Sydney.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees from the University of Sydney.

Jimmy enjoys running, rugby and tennis.
