- The acquisition of Atlas Specialty Metals by the Balron Consortium;
- The sale of MCK Holdings, incorporating Plexicor Australia;
- The acquisition of TransLogix by Greenstone Partners Private Capital;
- The sale of Australian Geographic Retail to the Myer Family Company and Myer;
- The sale of Australian Geographic Publishing Group to Publishing and Broadcasting's ACP Magazines;
- The acquisition of Amber Group Australia by Greenstone Partners Private Capital; and
- The sale of the Cedar Court HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital and related assets to Epworth Healthcare and ING Management.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Jimmy was a solicitor in the Corporate Advisory Group at Blake Dawson Waldron in Sydney.
Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees from the University of Sydney.
