Macquarie Group's Industrials team in London where he worked on a broad range of M&A opportunities primarily for financial sponsors. Prior to that Iain was a member of Macquarie Group's Equity Capital Markets team in Sydney where he worked on a number of capital raising transactions including IPOs, placements and rights issues across the industrials, property, resources and technology sectors.
Iain holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degrees from the University of Adelaide, a Diploma in Languages (Japanese) from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia.
Iain enjoys travel, running and is a keen supporter of the Adelaide Crows.
