Heath has advised on more than 25 mergers, acquisitions and divestments. He has also advised on a broad range of capital raisings (equity, senior and subordinated debt) and capital management initiatives and completed numerous valuation assignments.
Prior to joining Greenstone Partners, Heath consulted to a New Zealand investment firm for 12 months evaluating and executing principal investment opportunities. Prior to that, Heath was a Vice President of First NZ Capital's (Credit Suisse strategic alliance partner in New Zealand) investment banking department. Heath commenced his career in corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Heath has a Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) degree from the University of Waikato, New Zealand. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, and a member of the Institute of Finance Professionals of New Zealand.
Heath is married and has two sons and a daughter. He enjoys surfing, soccer and tennis.
